After dedicating twenty years to the Navy, I learned the true meaning of serving a mission greater than myself. That same sense of purpose and discipline has guided me throughout my life—first as a teacher, and now as a software engineer and the founder of EventJacket. Through my own time volunteering with nonprofits, I saw firsthand the hurdles small organizations face in trying to make a difference with limited resources.

EventJacket was born from that realization. As I watched organizations struggle with a patchwork of disconnected tools to manage events, I knew there had to be a better solution. The inspiration behind EventJacket comes from real-world experience.
